A Good Faith Exam is required for ALL NEW CLIENTS. It medically clears you and ensures you are a good candidate for your upcoming treatment of choice. It is valid for one year and has a ONE TIME fee of $45. This can be done the same day as your visit or prior to via Telehealth. You can also book this alone below and schedule your treatment at a later date.
