Good Faith Exam (Required for New Clients)

For the safety and well-being of all our clients, a Good Faith Exam is required for all NEW clients before receiving treatment. This medical screening ensures you are a good candidate for your selected service. The exam is conducted conveniently via telehealth during your visit, no need to book it separately. It is valid for one year and has a one-time fee of $45. A valid Photo ID is required at your first appointment.

Thurs - Sat: 11a - 6pm

Cancellations, Reschedules & Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

If you’re running late, kindly notify us by call, text, or email. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late are subject to a $10 late fee.
