A Good Faith Exam is REQUIRED for ALL NEW CLIENTS. It medically clears you and ensures you are a good candidate for your upcoming treatment of choice. It is valid for one year and has a ONE TIME fee of $45. This will be done during your visit via Telehealth You DO NOT have to book this ahead of time.
Our Hours: Sunday: By Appointment Only | Mon: CLOSED | Tues & Wed: 3p - 8p | Thurs. - Sat: 11a - 6pm
IMPORTANT: All Cancellations and/or Reschedules must be made 24hrs or more prior to your appointment. Your $25 deposit will be forfeited, or you will be charged $25 if your appt. is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24hrs of the date/time. Please notify us if you are running late via email, phone, or text. There is a $15 late fee applied to arrivals 10min or more late.
“Healing Yourself, Helps Heal Other’s” - A portion of every booking will be donated to mental health organizations that help those in need of support.
